The Israeli 10-year exemption (Section 14) removes Israeli tax on foreign-source income for new immigrants and senior returning residents. Your real benefit equals the Israeli tax you would have paid minus any home-country tax you still owe (US citizens, for example, still file a US return regardless of residency).
